UPS Standard shipping worldwide is free on all orders over $200 or placed using a Rails account that is opted in to receive email marketing, with the exception of Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. Standard shipping on orders less than $200 or placed by customers not signed into an account that is opted in to receive email marketing is $9.95. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing prior to shipping.

For orders going to Australia, New Zealand, or Hong Kong the below international processing fee will be automatically added at checkout: 

Australia: $30 USD

New Zealand: $30 USD

Hong Kong: $25 USD

UPS 2 Day Air is available for domestic orders only, and will not ship until the following business day. UPS 2 Day Air delivery does not include weekends or holidays.

NOTE: UPS will not ship to PO boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Rails ships via UPS to most countries outside of the United States. International shipping is free for orders over $200 or placed using a Rails account that is opted in to receive email marketing with the exception of Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. International shipping on orders less than $200 or placed by customers not signed into an account that is opted in to receive email marketing is $9.95. The customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and return shipping.

If you are shipping to Canada, the UK, or the EU, in order to shop your local currency with applicable duties and taxes included, please make sure to shop the correct Rails website.

For orders going to Australia, New Zealand, or Hong Kong the below international handling fee will be automatically added at checkout:

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing prior to shipping. Currently, we do not offer expedited international shipping. You will typically receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date.  

Duties: Please note, that all international packages will be subject to customs and duties. Prices shown on the website do NOT include these fees. All duty fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

ORDER ARRIVAL
You will receive an email order confirmation immediately after your order has been placed. Orders will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second email with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. All shipping methods include tracking. Please look for the tracking link in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

Arrival time will be estimated within your tracking information and cannot be 100% guaranteed. Due to a possible credit card verification, your order may be subject to a delayed shipping date.
