Store Manager - London

Responsibilities

  • Hire and onboard a staff of customer-focused associates that will represent the Rails brand
  • Build a successful client base and clienteling strategy
  • Be responsible for the total store business, sales, expenses, and experience
  • Evaluate stock and make recommendations to corporate team on key styles
  • Train and develop team members
  • Communicate regularly on opportunities and challenges with corporate team both in the UK and USA
  • Additional responsibilities as required


Qualifications

  • Capable of driving sales and establishing new business
  • Ability to lead independently in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • 2-3 years as an ASM or 1-2 years as an SM minimum
  • Customer centric with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience managing multiple location a plus
