Social & Community Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Rails' community and influencer network on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant social platforms
- Work closely with Social Media Manager to execute social strategy and analyze performance
- Work closely with PR Manager to identify brand relevant influencers and execute collaborations and giftings
- Support Rails community by responding to comments, DMs, and other inquires in a timely manner
- Gather and share community insights to help support brand growth and awareness
- Report on social media trends to help guide content strategy
- Additional responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Social Media or Community Management – background in contemporary apparel preferred
- Deep knowledge of social media and influencer landscape
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to alternate between working independently and as a collaborator within teams
- Capability to efficiently prioritize a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
