Social & Community Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with Rails' community and influencer network on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant social platforms 
  • Work closely with Social Media Manager to execute social strategy and analyze performance
  • Work closely with PR Manager to identify brand relevant influencers and execute collaborations and giftings 
  • Support Rails community by responding to comments, DMs, and other inquires in a timely manner
  • Gather and share community insights to help support brand growth and awareness
  • Report on social media trends to help guide content strategy
  • Additional responsibilities as required


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Social Media or Community Management – background in contemporary apparel preferred
  • Deep knowledge of social media and influencer landscape
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to alternate between working independently and as a collaborator within teams
  • Capability to efficiently prioritize a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
