Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

RAILS is seeking an experienced Shipping Lead to carry out shipments for its wholesale partners and E-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping labels for Rails’ wholesale and E-commerce customers, with special focus on boutiques
• Interface with clients to provide updates and resolve issues as necessary
• Provide shipping quotes for customers
• Negotiate shipping fees with couriers-
• Track all outgoing shipments
• Create price tickets for EDI customers
• Work with warehouse and other departments across the organization to ensure all shipments meet customers ship windows
• Manage and understand customer's routing guides
• Prepare sales reports for senior management
• Keep a meticulous record of shipment information
• Additional responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office
• Experience working with FedEx, UPS, and other shipping portals
• Ability to efficiently prioritize a demanding workload and multiple competing priorities
• Extremely strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to ensuring overall accuracy
• Ability to work both independently with minimal direction, and as a collaborator within teams
