Retail Coordinator - Midwest

RAILS, a contemporary apparel and lifestyle brand in Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced Retail Coordinator to manage the Midwest territory of wholesale partners. Candidates should be based in or around Dallas, Austin, or Chicago.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit RAILS' key retail partners in the territory to assist with merchandising, product training, displays, strategic partnerships, sales reporting and analysis, and general sales
• Work closely with corporate teams to increase brand awareness and performance
• Local and domestic travel approximately 75% of the time to visit accounts on a seasonal basis
• Additional responsibilities as needed

 Requirements:

•  3-5 years experience in wholesale and/or retail sales, preferably in the contemporary space
• Highly motivated, strategic, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage daily operations independently, while also collaborating effectively across teams as necessary
• Consistently positive attitude and demonstrated passion for outside sales
