Retail Coordinator - London

Key Responsibilities:

• Support RAILS' key retail partners in the UK / Ireland territory. Responsible for brand education and product training, visual merchandising, selling to customers, in-store events and activations, executing sales incentives, restocking, sales reporting, and customer feedback
• Work closely with the corporate team to increase performance, analyzing qualitative feedback and quantitative reports
• Act as a brand ambassador and representative of the company at all times
• Provide regular competitive landscape feedback
• Local and domestic travel approximately 75% of the time
• Additional responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in wholesale and/or retail sales, preferably in the contemporary space
• Highly motivated, strategic, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage daily operations independently, while also collaborating effectively across teams as necessary
• Consistently positive attitude and demonstrated passion for outside sales
