IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all of Rails’ systems, including ERP, telecommunications, connectivity, and ancillary systems
  • Make recommendations for enhancements to existing systems and opportunities for new platforms to improve business performance
  • Lead integrations of new systems
  • Partner with all departments to understand IT & communications needs and provide impactful solutions that are cost effective
  • Ensure appropriate accesses are in place and Rails P&P is being followed
  • Troubleshoot system challenges with staff and help resolve open issues
  • Travel as necessary to ensure all Rails stores and offices are operating smoothly and are supported from an IT perspective
  • Additional responsibilities as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology with progressive increases in responsibility
  • Ability to deliver results catered to the needs of staff while maintaining a strong ROI, regardless of system familiarity
  • At least 3 years of experience maintaining an ERP system
  • Experience with an ERP conversion
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • At least 2 years of experience in apparel or related CPG company
  • Ability to provide retail store support, POS familiarity is a must
  • Experience with Apparel Magic, NuOrder, SPS Analytics, Shopper Trak, and QuickBooks is a plus
