International Wholesale Customer Service Representative - London
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer inquiries, from RAILS’ international independent retailers and key accounts
- Contacting international customers for shipping approvals, order statuses, and adjustments
- Tracking inventory for OTS orders, and allocating inventory to customers
- Coordinating with warehouse for timely shipping of orders, tracking of packages in transit, and returns
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems and/or complaints in a timely manner
- Reviewing return and exchange requests
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with RAILS’ wholesale customers and international sales agencies
- Manage day to day outreach for N30 customers, and collect payment in a timely manner
- Send weekly AR recaps and booked vs. shipped reports to sales agents and management
- Consistently providing excellent customer service
- Working cross functionally with other departments across the organization as needed to resolve client issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing wholesale customer service
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable
- Apparel industry experience, ideally in the contemporary fashion space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must be able to maintain consistent and organized communication with customers and sales staff
- Strong computer skills – intermediate Microsoft Office and Google experience at minimum; must be able to work in an ERP system, and export/create/manipulate data in Excel formats
