Retail Coordinator - Southern Region

Candidates must be based in or around the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area in Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit RAILS' key retail partners in the territory to assist with merchandising, product training, displays, strategic partnerships, sales reporting and analysis, and general sales
• Work closely with corporate teams to increase brand awareness and performance
• Local and domestic travel approximately 75% of the time to visit accounts on a seasonal basis
• Additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in wholesale and/or retail sales, preferably in the contemporary apparel space
• Highly motivated, strategic, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage daily operations independently, while also collaborating effectively across teams as necessary
• Consistently positive attitude and demonstrated passion for outside sales
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
